The Perimenopause Pantry
A practical 8-week perimenopause nutrition program to help you THRIVE, not just survive.
Two 1:1 consultations. Six weeks of practical group teaching.
Real support for a body that's stopped playing by the old rules.
Does this sound like you?
"I can do protein or fibre. Just not both."
"How do I eat differently to my family without feeling like the odd one out?"
"There's too much information out there — what's actually real?"
"Trying to do all the things — protein, fibre, filling, quick, not too many calories."
If any of this sounds familiar, you're not alone — and you're not failing at nutrition. You're being asked to solve a puzzle with different rules and no instruction book, all while navigating one of the busiest seasons of your life.
How do you feed yourself, when you're feeding everyone else, and your body has changed the rules?
For years, I've been having the same conversation, over and over, with women in their 30s, 40s and 50s: "Why doesn't my body respond to food and exercise the way it used to?"
The honest answer is — it's not supposed to.
Perimenopause changes your hormones, your metabolism, your hunger, your sleep, and your energy. Generic nutrition advice was never built for this stage of life, which is exactly why it keeps letting you down.
The Perimenopause Pantry is a practical, evidence-based perimenopause nutrition program built specifically for this transition — not a repackaged version of generic "eat clean" advice.

This isn't generic perimenopause diet advice. It's a structured, personal program built around how your body actually works right now.
“Our 30’s, 40’s and 50’s should be some of the best years of our lives. We need to be thriving, not just surviving.”
Who is this for?
This is for you if:
You're in perimenopause and tired of conflicting advice
Your own nutrition keeps coming last - behind your partner, your kids, your parents, your job
You feel like your body isn't playing by the old rules anymore
You want real, practical structure, not another list of foods to avoid
This might not be for you if you're looking for a quick fix, an extreme diet, or a program with no personal support built in. The Perimenopause Pantry is a real, practical approach, not a quick fix.

FAQ’s
-
Perimenopause changes how your body responds to food, exercise, sleep and stress. Hormonally, this isn't the same body that generic healthy eating nutrition advice was written for. This program is built specifically around those changes, combining personalised 1:1 support with structured, practical group teaching.
-
The program is $99 per week across 8 weeks, with a pay-in-full option available at checkout.
-
Most generic programs weren't built with perimenopause in mind. This one starts with a 1:1 consultation so your plan reflects your actual body, your actual life, and your actual goals, not a one-size-fits-all template.
-
Yes. Each week is designed to be practical and realistic, one focused lesson, manageable homework, and support along the way. This program is built for women who are already juggling a lot, not for people with hours of spare time.
-
The live lessons and Q&A sessions are all recorded so if you miss a session, you can catch up at a time that suits you. If you have a question but can’t make the Q&A call, you can submit your question, and it will be prioritised.
-
No. This program is about understanding and supporting your body through perimenopause - energy, mood, digestion, strength and long-term health, not a weight-loss program.
-
I would love to run another round in 2027, but at this stage there is no set date planned.
